Is gambling legal over the Internet?

The Company is fully licensed under the relevant laws of Isle of Man and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission for the purposes of operating online gambling. However, such gambling may not be legal in other jurisdictions and the Company makes no representation as to the legality of its online gambling in other jurisdictions. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Isle of Man and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Isle of Man.

Can I practice before I join?

How do I change my password?

What information do I need to make a deposit or withdrawal?

To make a deposit or withdrawal via bank transfer, we will require the following information from you:

How do I make a deposit?

How do I make a withdrawal?

Your winnings are paid automatically into your betting account. Every day we update your win/loss in your Galaxy Bet account. You can leave your funds there or request a withdrawal of any or all of your balance at any time. The withdrawal will be a bank transfer. For your safety we are not able to accept any third party accounts for any transactions.

How do I place a bet?

Once you have registered with us, our brokerage team will assist you to open and fund your betting account. Once your account is funded, you can contact our brokerage team via instant messaging service or phone to check and place bets.

What is the Galaxy Bet bet acceptance procedure?

Out of concern for security and to prevent any misunderstandings, we reserve the right to decline all/part of any bet requested except bets made by instant messaging service or by phone. We also do not accept bets in any other form either (by post or fax, etc.) we request you to make sure that every detail of your bet is correct before you place it.

For phone bets, acceptance confirmation is registered after the operator has completed a full read back of the bet details and confirmed that the bet has been processed.

Is there a minimum stake required to use the service?

The minimum stake for a single bet is GBP1,000 or the equivalent in any of our accepted currencies.

Is there a maximum stake?

The maximum stake depends on the market and the price you desire. We offer a tailored service to meet all your betting needs and you may request the price or stake amount.

How do I know if I have won?

Your account balance will reflect this. All bets are processed once we have confirmed the event result. Any winning transactions will be paid back into your account immediately. If you feel your balance is incorrect or you have not received payment for what you believe to be a winning bet, please email the details to us at [email protected]

Can I cancel a bet?

Once a bet has been confirmed the transaction cannot be cancelled.

What is the Galaxy Bet complaint-handling procedure?

Yes, we aim to resolve customer complaints with our first response and are determined to strictly follow the guidelines set by our licensing body, the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.

When should I make a complaint?

You should contest any bet or trade in dispute within 24-hours from the time the assigned broker reverts and confirms the bet with you. Disputes about your statement history should be raised within a 7-day period.
